The History of SIMBA
SIMBA was founded by James Liu in Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan City. Starting with a modest team of around 20 employees, the company focusing on providing high quality shower door seal strip and sealing solutions for the shower.
As SIMBA continued to secure orders from renowned clients, the pressure to scale up became increasingly evident. In 2012, James took a bold step by acquiring and merging with another shower seal manufacturer, propelling the company to a workforce of over 100 employees.
As business grew, SIMBA relocated to Fusha Town, China in 2013. This move was driven by the need for a larger facility to accommodate increased production demand and the expanded workforce.
By 2025, SIMBA now boasts a team of over 300 dedicated professionals whose contributions have been instrumental to the company’s success. SIMBA’s unwavering commitment to quality has earned us the privilege of being a long-term partner to ROSERY, China’s leading premium shower brand.
After SIMBA was founded, it quickly began receiving orders from a variety of renowned clients. While wholesale shower door seal manufacturing offers unparalleled flexibility in design, scaling it for mass production introduced a host of new challenges.
One of the primary challenges was ensuring product consistency across batches. The extrusion machines SIMBA uses are highly complex, and even minor deviations in settings or environmental factors could lead to differences in the final product. These inconsistencies could compromise sealing performance, resulting in issues like seal failure or loose fittings, especially during overnight operations or extended production cycles.
Beyond technical hurdles, managing client expectations remained a critical priority. Whether it involved addressing current concerns or explaining post-installation and after-sales processes, clear communication was key. This helped clients understand why certain steps were necessary to achieve the desired results and ensured their confidence in the quality of SIMBA’s solutions.
James tackled these challenges with a foundation of transparency and collaboration. By aligning all stakeholders on project goals and potential limitations, he ensured a shared understanding and a smoother path to success.
